Excellent work, honest advice, and an outstanding value I've owned rental properties for approximately 25 years and have worked with numerous HVAC companies and had numerous systems replaced over that time. I'm familiar with comparing proposals, evaluating recommendations, and recognizing experience. I was extremely pleased with Greg and his partner, co-owners of Jarhead Mechanical LLC. Before recommending replacement, they kept the older system operating and advised me to continue using it rather than replace it unnecessarily. I eventually had to replace the system because the tenant preferred to maintain a lower indoor temperature than the older equipment could reliably provide. The installation was neat and professional, and they arrived when they said they would. After the work was completed, they tested the system using a diagnostic program and shared a detailed report showing how well the new equipment was performing. I appreciated having objective data confirming that the system had been installed correctly and was operating efficiently. They also returned promptly when I had a follow-up question. Their quote was the lowest of the five installation estimates I obtained, including the quote from the HVAC company I used for many years. The quality of the installation and customer service was excellent, and the best of all HVAC companies I've used to date. I'm very happy with the work and would confidently recommend them.
