Installer Agreement & Compliance Acknowledgment
By registering, you represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. You confirm that you hold and will maintain all required licenses and certifications to perform HVAC work, including EPA Section 608 certification (where applicable). You agree to install equipment provided by the customer (including equipment purchased from hvacdirect.com) when requested, and you will not pressure, mislead, or require customers to purchase alternative equipment from you as a condition of providing installation services. You acknowledge that any violations of this agreement may result in removal from the Installer Network.
